A Pre-Wedding Yacht Celebration on the Athenian Riviera

When Mary Beth reached out to us from Alabama, she was looking for a special way to celebrate her son Traylor and his soon-to-be bride, Chloe, the evening before their wedding in Greece. She didn’t want a traditional pre-wedding dinner, so we suggested something a little more unforgettable: a private yacht cruise along the Athens Riviera.

With months of planning, we carefully brought together every detail for their intimate group of family and lifelong friends, from the invitations and menu to the floral décor, entertainment, DJ, and live saxophonist and all the fine touches. The aim was to create an elegant yet lively celebration that felt completely personal to the couple.

From the moment everyone stepped aboard, the atmosphere was filled with excitement. The afternoon unfolded against the Athenian coastline, with cocktails, dinner, and a live saxophonist accompanying golden hour. As the sun went down, the celebration transformed into an energetic evening of dancing, music, and unforgettable sea views.

For many of the guests, it was their first time in Greece, making the experience an especially meaningful introduction to the country. Surrounded by the people who had known them since high school and college, Traylor and Chloe’s celebration was filled with genuine love, friendship, and joy.

As Mary Beth beautifully shared afterwards:

‘’Emily and her team were a dream to work with. The communication was always clear and full of the small details that make a big difference. I had never visited Greece when I began planning the “night before the wedding” party. Emily suggested the boat party and it could not have been more perfect for our evening. We had dinner, dancing, and wonderful cocktails. The DJ and saxophonist put the evening over the top. I was able to enjoy the evening like a guest because of the confidence I had in Emily and her team to take care of all the details–watching the time for pass arounds, toasts, dinner, and departure. I am forever grateful to her for the priceless memories she helped curate and execute.’’
